MeLCi Lab Members Re-elected to ECREA Section Management Teams
We are thrilled to announce that several members of our MeLCi Lab have been re-elected to prominent positions within the European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA), further enhancing the lab’s visibility and influence in the European academic landscape.
During the ECREA conference, held from September 24 to 27, 2024, at the University of Ljubljana, the following MeLCi Lab members were re-elected to key management roles within various ECREA sections:
- Sofia Caldeira was re-elected as Chair of the Digital Culture and Communication section.
- Maria José Brites was re-elected as Vice-Chair of the Audience and Reception Studies section, with Mariana Müller joining the same team as Communications Officer.
- Ana Filipa Oliveira was re-elected as Vice-Chair of the Children, Youth and Media section.
