Maria José Brites, coordinator of the MeLCi lab and PI of the YouNDigital project, recently provided insights into a study conducted under the project during an interview with journalist Leonor Alhinho from the newspaper Público, published last December 2nd. This research is part of the YouNDigital Project, which aims to understand the relationship between young people and news within the framework of digital citizenship. The project focuses on the interests, needs, and socialization processes related to news consumption among young individuals, considering various contexts such as family, school, and peer groups.
