Andrea Winkler-Vilhena is a PhD student in Digital Media at the Universidade Nova in Lisbon. In her project she designs and implements a framework for parental media education which uses the arts as a pedagogical tool. Andrea was born in Austria in 1982 and lives and works in Portugal.
