MeLCi Lab Participates in National Media Literacy and Journalism Seminar

On World Press Freedom Day 2024, members of MeLCi Lab participated in a Media Literacy and Journalism Seminar organised by Centro Protocolar de Formação Profissional para Jornalistas (Cenjor) and the Associação Literacia para os Media e Jornalismo (ALPMJ). The seminar aimed to train new educators on Media Literacy, focusing on News Literacy. Approximately 30 journalists from Portugal attended the event and will soon assist teachers nationwide in educating students about Media and Information Literacy (MIL).
