Selma Eduarda Pereira curates digital exhibition “The Self as Interface”

Curated by Selma Eduarda Pereira, “The Self as Interface” brings together 13 international artists to explore identity and surveillance in the post-digital world.

Through digital images, video art and performance documentation, the exhibition examines how screens and technological mediation shape contemporary identity. The works address the fragmentation of self-image, algorithmic surveillance and the transformation of empathy in virtual environments.

Accessible through a virtual 3D space and a web gallery, the exhibition invites audiences to reflect on the boundaries between human subjects and machines and how digital interfaces shape perceptions of ourselves and others.
